Proof of Agreement

We collect and securely retain proof of your agreement (timestamp, IP address, and acceptance method) when you click to accept these Terms during account creation or subscription. This information is maintained for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

3. User Accounts & Security

Your Responsibilities:

Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

4. Subscription Plans, Fees & Refund Policy

5. Cancellation & Renewal

Renewal & Changes:

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid next charge
Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle
Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing period

Note: Free plan users cannot be "cancelled" as there are no recurring charges.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Content Ownership:

You own the generated product descriptions. All AI-generated content becomes your property upon generation, subject to these Terms.

Platform Rights:

ProductDescAI platform, software, and technology remain our property
Our branding, logos, and interface design are protected by copyright
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform code
Limited license granted for personal/commercial use of generated content only

User Input License:

You grant us limited rights to process your product information for generation purposes
We do not claim ownership of your original product data or business information
Your input data is used solely to provide the requested service
We may retain anonymized usage analytics for service improvement

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses:

Generating content for illegal, harmful, or deceptive products
Creating misleading or false product descriptions
Attempting to reverse engineer or duplicate our AI technology
Sharing account credentials or circumventing usage limits
Using automated tools to exceed rate limits or abuse the service
Generating content that violates intellectual property rights
Creating spam, malicious, or inappropriate content

Acceptable Uses:

Creating authentic product descriptions for legitimate businesses
Generating SEO-optimized content for e-commerce platforms
Using generated content for marketing and promotional purposes
Adapting generated descriptions for multiple sales channels
Commercial use of generated content for your own products

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all generated content before use. We recommend fact-checking AI-generated descriptions for your specific products.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
This includes lost profits, business interruption, or data loss
AI-generated content accuracy and performance are not guaranteed
Users assume all risks associated with using generated content

Service Availability:

We strive for 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability
Third-party dependencies (AI providers, payment processors) may impact service
Force majeure events are excluded from liability

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, regardless of your location.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Delaware, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Dispute Resolution Process:
